All submissions through our CRM, quote builder, and helpdesk use TLS/SSL encryption.
Only authorized technical staff assigned to your project can review submitted deliverables.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with Webdail Technology (via our website calculators, contact portals, client support desk, or direct agreements), we may collect the following categories of data:
• Contact Coordinates: Full name, official work email address, direct phone/WhatsApp number, company/brand name, and geographical location.
• Project & Technical Metadata: Domain URLs, server architecture specifications, target milestones, budget preferences, and incident logs or screenshots submitted during support tickets.
• Technical & Analytics Logs: Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, device screen resolutions, referring URLs, and session interaction metrics via Google Analytics and server logs to optimize platform speed and performance.
2. Purpose and Utilization of Data
We process your information strictly for legitimate commercial and technical execution purposes:
- To formulate tailored technical proposals, cost estimates, and architecture roadmaps.
- To manage active development sprints, domain configurations, and server provisioning.
- To respond to priority support requests and critical SLA outage incidents.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Integrations
To deliver sub-second page performance, automated notifications, and secure cloud infrastructure, we partner with verified industry-standard providers:
• Hosting & Content Delivery: Cloudflare Pro, AWS Lightsail, and Docker container environments protected by Certbot SSL certificates and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Communication & Alerts: Authenticated SMTP relays (Nodemailer / Google Workspace) and official WhatsApp Business APIs for instant project notices.
• Payment Gateways: When processing invoices, payments are routed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, Bank NEFT/IMPS). We never store raw debit/credit card numbers on our local servers.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.
• Retention Period: Inactive inquiry data is retained in our CRM for a maximum of 24 months for audit and re-engagement purposes, after which it is permanently purged. Production backups for active clients are stored in encrypted archives under active AMC retainers.
